Today was my first day of doing this workout. I swear I get more out of this 20 minute strength, cardio, and ab workout than I usually do in 45 minutes on the elliptical. It basically kicked my butt. I was able to do all of it but had to take 5 second rests a couple of times. I just hope I keep up with it like I should. On the DVD cover it says that by doing this 30 day workout you can lose up to 20 pounds! Which just so happens to be my goal. So far I've lost 5 of those 20!
